NXT was the second generation of LEGO Mindstorms Robots. Released in 2004 and very popular until the NXT released it was a magnificent set. In the beginning of 21st century the LEGO Mindstorms NXT brought the educational robotisc to another level. The first robotics competition that the FLLCasts founders ever when to was with LEGO Mindstorms Kit. The set contains a brick, motors and sensors and about  800 to 1300 parts depending on the boxes. The Scorpion was one of the most popular robots with LEGO Mindstorms NXT.
