The driver diode/lamp didn't light on Pro Preview

It is possible that the driver diode/lamp did not light on.

TL. DR.

Check all cables especially 12V, GND(Both cables in the GND) and 5V. Inspect the connection of each cable by slightly pulling them.

Another way for Inspection is to put the cable on the 5V on the Raspberry:
If you test the forward cable the car should go forward, if something is wrong with the cable the car won't start. Same with the backward.
