We are sure you've seen the gears in the LEGO Mindstorms EV3 sets. They are pretty easy to use. Just add an axle and you can now rotate them. Add two gears working together and you can do miracles, like a magician. And if you put them perpendicularly to each other it gets very interesting. Is this my favourite thing? Yes, it is. The use of levers, especially in this robot is just great. These levers make the magic of keeping the fork horizontal even when the fork is moving up an down. Try it. Start the robot. See it. It's ... magic.
Every electronics tutorial, book or course about Raspberry Pi or Arduino will use a motor driver. Very few of the courses will actually explain why do you need a Motor Driver, what is it for?
You could use the phone to set the username and password that the Raspberry Pi should use to communicate with the internet. Here we make the assumption that you have WiFi in your class, in your school, in your home and that you are connecting to the internet with a WiFi router.
Once we know the IP address of the Raspberry Pi we can connect to it through our computer and communicate with it. There are different ways to do this using different operating systems. On Windows, we are going to use PuTTY

This here are building instructions for a very small maze runner robot, build with LEGO Mindstorms EV3. It uses two tires that are technic and not Mindstorms simply because none of the Mindstorms tires fit the size limit.
The robot has an Ultrasonic sensor and a Gyro sensor at the top.
We had a couple of minutes before starting another robot and we just came up with this robot. If you would like to build a Box Robot, but don't have enough parts this is a good construction that you could learn from. It has a frame. It has three motors. You can add attachments at the top.
