In the challenge to find the boundary speeds, when the robot remains upright, students will find different answers depending on the size of their tires. Many students will find an aproximate speed without finding the real cutting edge value. If students say that with a speed of 45% the robot remains upright, ask them if it will fall at a speed of 46%. When students get to those tasks, show them binary search as a game:

The Teacher thinks of a number between 1 and 100. Students may ask yes-no questions like "is it greater than 30", "is it less than 60" and "is it 73". The goal of the game is to find the number in only 6 questions.

You may decide to play with the whole group at once or to send the students to play in pairs. The latter works well with a big group of 10-12 students.

Example solution of the task "Make the robot follow an object with the help of a Switch block."
