Another MyBlock that we've created is the SmoothTurn block. It's a block that helps you to drag or pull mission models or other parts more safety. Very often, when there are mission models that should be moved to the base, they are dropped by the robot when it is turning very sharply. This block resolves the problem. It constantly increase the speed while turning. The goal of this is to reduce the acceleration of the robot when it starts turning so that no modules will fall.

As we said one of the most important things in the competition is the knowledge of where is your robot on the field.  When you know where the robot is you can move it to the right direction. But to point the right direction you probably will need to turn the robot in that way. There are different ways to make a turn, but always there with some inaccuracy. To lower it, we've developed a My Block called Accurate Turn.

EXTRACTION, but compared to one of the other tutorials about this mission, in this specific tutorial we are using Box Robot 1 and a multi-purpose attachment. The attachment is designed for two missions and one of the missions is the Extraction

This is a short list with good practices and useful tricks that competitors in FLL can use.

This is the fifth and the last run of the Nightbeast team. Robot goes out of the base, do missions:

1. M11 - Escape Velocity
2. M13 - Observatory 

and stays on the field. It's a common practice for the competitors to left the robot on the field after the last run. This allows them to do some important points at the end of the match. 

In the third run Nightbeast team solves Mission 04 - Crater Crossing and partly Mission 03 -  3D printing and Mission 014 Meteoroid Deflection:

1. Eject the 2x4 Brick by placing a Regolith Core Sample into the 3D Printer.
2. Crater Crossing
3. Tries to score a meteoroid( tries to shoot a ball)

This is the first run of Team "Nightbeast", with which they solve M01 and M02 from FIRST LEGO League 2019 Into Orbit:

1. Starts with the Vehicle Payload
2. Places the Supply and Crew Payloads and rolls them to east.
3. Pushes the Solar Panel Array to the opposite side

In the second run Nightbeast team solves different tasks from two missions - M05 Extraction and M06 Space Station Modules:

1. Insert the Tube Module into the Habitation Hub port, west side 
2. Move all four Core Samples so they are no longer touching the axle that held them in the Core Site Model
3. Place the Gas Core Sample completely in Base

Actually you already have a connection with your strip. The only thing you have to do is to write an "subscriber" who will parse commands and to something with the strip.

There are some problems which apears when you want to parse messages from the server. Some of them are easy to solve, others need a little bit more attention. In practice people use format called JSON.

MQTT is a type of server which works like newspaper. You have publishers and subscribers, and the thing between them is the server.

In computer science there is something called Client-Server model. Imagine that you have your own country and between the cities there is no route. Their only connection to the world is with the biggest city in this country called "Server". And if you want to travel from one city to another you have to go trough "Server". Respectively all the resources you can get from the other cities have to go trough "Server". And all the cities are named Client. In short the Client-Server model is a structure of connectivity between different devices trough network.

This is going to be one complex connection with four pins and three resistors, so brace yourselves!
