To solve this mission, you should use an active attachment with gears with a large gear ratio.

To achieve a large gear ratio, the motor axle should have a small gear, and the lever axle should have a large gear.

The three mixer sliders could be lifted simultaneously to their maximum position by a horizontal lever at the end of the attachment.

While the mixer sliders are lifted, the robot should slowly move forward so that it keeps holding the sliders.
