Mindstorms EV3 Robotics Training and Certification

EV3 Competition Robot Construction

If you are working with students and you want to introduce Robotics to your class or you want to mentor a FLL team, but you are insecure about your technical knowledge in the Robotics field, then this is the right place for you. FLLCasts is offering you the Mindstorms EV3 Robotics Online Training. The course is 3 full days + 6 weeks online training by FLLCasts.

Little or no experience in Programming

Suitable for teachers without programming and tech experience. We will give you step-by-step instructions and plenty of explanations concerning the programming and engineering aspects of the material.

Some experience in Programming

Suitable for people with some programming and tech experience who want to become teachers or mentor teams for competitions. We will give you step-by-step instructions and a lot of explanations regarding the process of teaching children, but we will also take your programming knowledge to the next level (or couple of levels).

Private tutoring

One group is up to three participants so that we can address your personal educational needs. We will do our best to pair participants with similar profiles together, based on our questionnaire.
We encourage you to ask the questions that are important to you so that you get the most value for you, while still following the structure of the training.

Learn and get certified

You will learn how to conduct classes with students with EV3 Mindstorms Robots, to follow the Robopartans Methodology and to prepare teams for competitions. Furthermore, you will get certified at the end of the course.

The seminar consists of introduction in using robots as a tool for education in the field of technical science. It continues with constructing and programming of robots and introduction to the tools, processes and methodology used at Robopartans School of Robotics (the team behind the FLLCasts platform) for teaching students.

Online learning

We are online and together we move through the tasks, problems and questions. We are online in the three time slots. You take pictures and videos of your robot that you share with us. We return feedback to you and together we discuss the solutions through shared screens and video cameras. You can start with a task and the program earlier and you can also finish tasks later than the specified slots.

It is detailed without being boring.
It offers personalized and flexible topics within a predefined structure."

  • "It is very rare to find a course with the focus on Lego Robotics. I was not able to find anything like this, structured, with knowledgeable instructors, and homework assignments, here in the United States. I would like to thank you for that."

  • "I have to say though that I completely enjoyed the fact that we had so few people in the group. It felt like private tutoring."

  • "The class was everything I had hoped for and more. It was challenging and demanding and pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. Through it all, I felt well-supported. By the end of the Training course, not only had I learned more than I expected, I'd made friends..." - read the whole message here
