This video tutorial contains a detailed explanation on how we accomplish the FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 Into Orbit mission called M09. STRENGTH EXERCISE. I could think for a couple of missions in previous years that require lifting a heavy object. Let's see how this mission could be accomplished.

Align to the mission model
As in many of the other mission in the FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 robotics competitions, this mission also requires us to align the robot with the mission model. If we do not precisely and accurately align we might not be able to complete the mission.
Programming and attachment
The programming is basic. Quite simple actually. But the attachment requires some skills to build. It is a system of gear wheels and levers that could transform a circular motion into a linear motion.

M09 Strength Exercise
In this video tutorial we would look at the mission run for M09. STRENGTH EXERCISE. The mission is to lift a heavy object in the air. And that could a complex mission. It requires to use gear wheel and the attachment should be quite strong. The tutorial contains only the mission run on the field. We accomplish a single mission.

FIRST LEGO League with LEGO Education SPIKE Prime. "Challenge" competition for 9-16 years old
This is the most detailed course we've ever built on how to prepare for a FIRST LEGO League robotics competition and we've specifically focused on the use of LEGO Education SPIKE Prime as a simple Box Robot. The course consists of 25 lessons suitable for both beginner and advanced students. We build on the knowledge of 10 years of sharing example solutions with explanations for FIRST LEGO League robotics competitions.
This course is one of the popular courses in the FIRST LEGO League Robot Game. The Complete Guide. We recommend you also check out the whole guide.

Lift Attachment - vertical motion
Lifting a loop is one of the most common missions in different robotics competitions. In this video we demonstrate how we could do "Vertical lift". It is suitable for precise lifting especially when the mission model requires you to lift straight up. The robot attachment could be adapted to other missions at FIRST LEGO League/World Robotics Olympiad and other robotics competitions that require push/pull. The principle is the same. The tutorial uses Luly, a small LEGO Education SPIKE Prime competition robot with 3D building instructions as a robot base.

M13. Weight Machine
In this LEGO robotics video tutorial we accomplish Weight Machine mission from the FIRST LEGO League 2021 RePlay robotics competition. The goal of the competition is to lift a weight. The mission model resembles a weight machine, and is actually a lever. There are three different levels and you earn different points depending on the level. The attachment for this mission model uses rubber bands and lifts the mission model.
