Some pins have more friction than others, and it's not because the latter are old, it's on purpose!
>The top three pins in the picture have little friction, the bottom three have more. When we use them, we have to consider whether the part we are connecting should move freely or be firmly fixed. Decide whether you are assembling a bearing, rotating structure or a strong and bearing structure and always choose the right pins.
Courses and lessons with this Tutorial
This Tutorial is used in the following courses and lessons
Level A1 - Space Adventure - Robotics with LEGO SPIKE Prime
That is the first level of the LEGO robotics curriculum for second, third, and fourth-grade students.
A "space adventure" but with robots. Different robot structures are built in this level. The motors are controlled so that the robots perform precise movements around the "earth", "moon" and "sun". We overcome various obstacles after bumping into them thanks to the force sensor. We learn interesting facts about the solar system and space vehicles.

Lesson 4 - First alien contact
Introduction
Today we will program our scouting robot to show emotions and speak like a human. For this purpose, we will imagine that we are preparing to meet aliens on the planet Mars.
At the moment, humanity has no evidence of the presence of extraterrestrials similar to us somewhere in space.
The planet Mars is the fourth planet in the solar system and is quite similar to Earth. Scientists believe that Mars could be inhabited by humans in the future. Currently, on Mars, the air is very thin and there is no liquid water. The planet is red in color due to the large amount of iron in the dust and rocks on the surface, and the iron has a rusty red color.
