Note: If the robot is making inconsistent turns due to the floor, modify the castor wheel so it is placed further back in the construction. Thus the center of mass falls more over the tires and the turns are more consistent.
Building instructions for the Easy Bot built with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 parts. This LEGO robot is suitable for classes with students in robotics and is one of the first robots that we build. It takes about 10-20 minutes to be constructed by first-time participants.
We had so much fun with this robot that we could not stop us from sharing it. There are a few very important things that one could learn with this robot and precision building is one of it.
A turtle robot with 2 sensors- ultrasonic and gyro, capable of following her course and navigating through anything. Just don't annoy it, or it will hide in its shell or even come and bite you.
Remilo comes from esperanto and means paddle.
The robot resembles a boat, but moves on land. It uses two large motors with "paddles" attached to them to move. Because its movement capabilities are limited, it has a gyro sensor to correctly move forward.
This program is for Midas - a LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Clam robot. It makes the clam robot detect when it is being opened and then to close itself. It utilizes the rotation sensor as a way to know if it is being forced and to know when it should stop closing afterwards.
This program is a basic version of the game played with EV3 Kinesthetic and Memory Game. For the program to work correctly, there must be one ultrasonic module attached to port 4, one gyro module attached to port 2 and one color module attached to port 3. The other modules are not required from this program.
