The arc has two properties that are commonly mistaken by people. They are length and radius. The length indicates how much the robot moves, whereas the radius indicates the intensity of the turn.

When the robot moves forward, we control the ammount of movement through the rotations setting. It is the same with turns: if we want a longer arc we set more rotations to the robots.

The radius or the sharpness of the turn is controlled via the arrow setting on the steering block. If we increase it's number, the robot makes a sharper turn. This is indicated by the arrow itself, as it skews further and further as we increase the number.
